Grief and loss therapy
Grief is a natural response to loss, and it can manifest in many forms, including emotional, physical, and psychological symptoms. Whether you're experiencing the loss of a loved one, a significant life change, or anticipatory grief, it's important to recognize that your feelings are valid and worthy of support. Individuals experience and respond to loss in a multitude of ways. Contrary to popular belief, there is no one “right” way to mourn a loss. Disbelief, sadness, anger, shock, and guilt, are just a few of the full range of emotions one might feel. In a compassionate, safe space, I will help you process your loss at whatever state of grieving you are in. I will aim to facilitate a healing environment as you adapt to life after the loss.
