A place to rejuvenate, strengthen and grow self-love.

While there are many things that can get in the way of us dedicating time to be with our bodies and improve our most important relationship- the one with ourselves- this is one way that you can prioritize yourself and get some support on your journey.

MEDITATION

Meditation helps you know yourself better, appreciate yourself and other more, and sleep more soundly.  It helps you be more efficient and creative, hold onto less stress, be more balanced and become more comfortable in your own skin.

I takes you through the emotional, intellectual, instinctive and moving centers to get to a place of equanimity and joy

Science has proven that the practice of meditation helps you spend time in a state of conscious rest, ushering your body back into its natural state of seeking healing. Creatively, your meditation practice helps you see and receive your highest vision, and stay closely connected to your heart's mission.

Meditation is a skill. Practice leads to greatness. Let me show you how to rewire your brain with new habits, heal trauma, settle the mind, become present, emotionally intelligent, and cultivate compassion.  Sessions include a dialogue to determine what practice can best serve you, a guided meditation, and time for questions.

YOGA

Yoga is an exquisite practice of yoga mudra, postures, breathing techniques, deep meditation and relaxation.  The recipe of each class brings the practitioner to a balanced and harmonious state of relaxed bliss.  The power of the practice helps each person, class by class, step by step, to clear out accumulated stress, and uncover the natural source of energy and light within.

Come join us and work hard, have fun, grow, glow, and, as is our custom, enjoy yogi tea and treats after class!

Privates and Classes can also include:

Through the healing practice of Trauma Sensitive Yoga, you will be invited to feel your own body, make choices on your mat and gain agency and control.

BREATHWORK

One of the most effective approaches available for addressing post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), anxiety, and depression. The technique integrates ancient and modern trauma-sensitive techniques to rapidly balance stress-response systems. It has been used with proven benefits for military veterans, and survivors of mass disasters, including the Asia tsunami, 9/11, the Gulf oil spill, the Rwanda genocide, and slavery in Sudan. Sessions include an introductory dialogue, a guided breathwork practice, and time for questions.
